What's the difference between Support and a Full-Cycle Rep?

Support is task-based — pipeline creation, follow-up, scheduling. A Full-Cycle Rep owns the entire deal from prospect to close. Support augments your team; a Rep IS your team (or becomes it).

How is this different from a staffing agency?
